The truth is, most of us discover where we are headed when we arrive. At that time, we turn around and say, yes, this is obviously where I was going all along. It’s a good idea to try to enjoy the scenery on the detours, because you’ll probably take a few. —Bill Watterson

| Favorite flower, and the most beautiful wedding bouquet I've ever seen. |
| Tea together after the ride. |
I also met a pilot. He said he could fly me over the peony fields when I come out to see the farm, "because I always need an excuse to fly." Wide-eyed, I looked up at him. "I always want to fly! You can use me as an excuse." Once the lakes thaw, I will call them.
At the same event, I saw some of the women I biked with last year, the "Church Ladies." I rode with a few of them and Aunt Lyn on Monday night on the Coastal Trail. 18 miles. Sore? Yes.
After my run on this beautiful "warm" afternoon, I saw Sudie and her boys from next door. Collin was steadying an old cabinet door between the sturdier branches of the tree to make a platform.
Small interactions, but they bring me peace and I am thankful.
